This membership was created for change makers and cycle breakers in marginalized communities, who identify as members of the Latina & BIPOC community.

While the name is personal to me, the mission is to provide a voice, platform, support, and strategy for all individuals who are treated “less than”, are told by others, or treated, as if they don’t matter, don’t deserve, can’t or won’t be able to make their dreams a reality.

In this membership you’ll go from burned out, overwhelmed, confused and unsupported to feeling clear, confident, and stress free in growing and scaling a successful business and life sin limites.

My Why

Saludos y Bienvenida to a passion project that sets my heart & soul on fire.

A community of Latinas supporting one another & breaking glass ceilings.

As a first gen Latina from Miami, I know what it’s like to grow up in a sheltered bubble of family & community.

I was fortunate & blessed to grow up in the Cuban Mecca of Miami where I lived, breathed & slept under the safety, comfort & innocence of what it meant to be a proud Cuban saturated, immersed & marinated in my cultura.

In 1997 at the mere age of 17 I moved to a small corner of the world in NJ to study where I had the rude awakening that Miami was a very special place, a cocoon of Latin love & for the first time in my life I learned & felt the word minority.

I relocated to Naples FL & once again felt the impact of racism.

My mission is to create an inclusive community that invites ALL those marginalized to seek comfort, solace, empowerment & tools to create a life & business they truly love all while focusing on collaboration not competition.

Meet Janessa

Janessa is a Latina entrepreneur, NYU educated, licensed therapist, and business mindset coach for entrepreneurs.  She’s a Miami native and first generation Cuban-American determined to shake up the world.  She’s been referred to as a “force of nature” who is a “non-stop go-getter” devoted to supporting entrepreneurs grow successful businesses with clarity, confidence and laser focused energy by providing the resources, tools, innovative strategy & relentless energy to create results.  

I created this program based on 18 years worth of working with other women that needed to take action in their lives + my own personal entrepreneurship journey.  I’ve helped so many women start their businesses and now it’s your turn!
